They say the most important meal of the day is breakfast, and we couldn’t agree more! Chef Ninoy brings you Beef Tapa for our Filipino for the month of May! The Beef Tapa is our sliced beef marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic! The Beef Tapa is pan fried, served with a side of garlic rice and a sunny side up egg.

sushi | SALMON CRUNCH ROLL

Sabrina created the Salmon Crunch Roll which is a 10 piece roll, that features salmon and cucumber on the inside with rice on the outside, topped with crispy onions, eel sauce, spicy mayo and freshly diced green onions!

drink | LAFFADIL

Bel put together our new drink feature for the month of May, the Laffodil! The Laffodil features Filipino Rum Tanduay Silver, Malibu, pineapple juice, lime juice, lemonade, and midori, shaken and served in a hurricane glass, and garnished with a lime.
