Join Holly Wiesman, Certified Specialist of Wine, and Chef Ninoy, our Head Chef, for an evening of delicious wine and food. Wine and food are a classic combination that can compliment each other's flavors marvelously. Learn about each exclusive wine she has paired with our food. This will be taught over 5 courses and have 5 exclusive wines paired with each course. Bottles of wine will be available to purchase after dinner, as well as cases for pick up the following week.

Our special dinner menu for the evening will start off with a sesame salad followed by tuna carpaccio. For the entrees, we will be serving chicken robata and lamb adobo, an exclusive item for this evening only. The evening will finish off with maja for dessert.

Tickets are available for purchase at Manila Resto for $50 per person or $80 per couple.
